Every design in our catalogue has been developed for Australian conditions: QLD/NSW climate, bushfire overlays, flood considerations, rural setbacks. They're not American imports rebranded for the market. They're drawn from scratch for here.

Anthony Jenkin is a licensed architect. He'll look at your site, talk through your brief, and tell you honestly which design works — and which doesn't. If it's not the right fit, he'll tell you that too.

No sales scripts. No pressure. Just a real conversation about your block and your build.

The Blueprint package is $18,500. We take 50% ($9,250) to start work. The balance is due when your drawings are delivered — before we hand them over.

Once your deposit is paid, we begin. Anthony leads the design process. You'll receive progress updates and have opportunities to review before the final set is issued.

Your drawings include:

• Site plan (based on your certificate of title)
• Floor plan — dimensioned, to scale
• All four elevations
• Building sections
• Window and door schedule
• Finishes schedule
• DA-ready documentation for council submission

Your drawings are ready for council submission. You can take them to your council directly, engage a town planner if required, or — if you've taken The Full Build Kit — we handle the coordination.

Once council approves, your build can begin. Need the Full Build Kit? We supply the timber or panel frame, Colorbond, windows, and doors — freighted to your site. Add The Foreman and we project-manage from ground up.
